All About St Mary’s Milston
The hamlets of Milston and Brigmerston comprise about 50 dwellings; there are no schools but an active Parish Council and a small village hall. St Mary’s is a charming little church with a maximum seating capacity of about 80. The churchyard is closed but there is a churchyard extension some 150 yards up the road and this becomes more beautiful as time goes on.
Most of our services are Book of Common Prayer Holy Communion, but a monthly Family Service was started some years ago as a result of a questionnaire sent to all houses in the parish. We do try very hard to make everyone welcome and to bring their friends.
